These Terms of Service govern your use of RepeatDesk ("the Service"), operated by RepeatDesk. By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these terms.

The Service

RepeatDesk connects to a business's Gmail account to automatically read, classify, and reply to incoming customer emails using an AI model and a knowledge base the business provides. You are responsible for the accuracy of any documents you upload and for reviewing whether the Service's automated behavior fits your business needs.

Your account

You must provide accurate information when creating an account and are responsible for keeping your login credentials secure. You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, including replies sent automatically on your behalf once you connect your Gmail account.

Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Service to:

• Send unsolicited bulk email or spam
• Violate any applicable law or third party's rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or other users' data
• Upload content you do not have the right to use

AI-generated content

Replies sent through RepeatDesk are generated by an AI model based on the knowledge base you provide. While we aim for accuracy, AI-generated replies may occasionally be incorrect or incomplete. You are responsible for reviewing your knowledge base content and for monitoring the replies sent on your behalf.

Disclaimer of warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that automated replies will always be accurate or appropriate.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, RepeatDesk is not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service, including damages resulting from automated replies sent on your behalf.

Termination

You may stop using the Service and disconnect your Gmail account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe pose a risk to the Service or other users.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the Service evolves. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
